Challenge
- Inline inspection within cycle time of one assembly process cycle (< 5 sec)
- Absence / Presence of seal, seal cover on top, needles, base washer , needle count
- Seal, Cover on top, Needles at middle and base washer at bottom
- Inspection at 3 different heights from camera
- Receive Test command from PLC, perform test with image capture and communicate back to PLC as Pass / Fail
